A regional network
with a human centre.

The Eurasia Forum for Social Workers is an international space for practitioners, academics, students, and organisations who believe that lasting change comes from working together.

We help knowledge travel from one place to another, where it becomes inspiration and new options, while keeping context, language, and community voices at the centre.

Social change has no borders.

Our vision is a regional network that raises the standard of social work practice and creates social change through genuine solidarity between countries.

United in cooperation. Beyond borders.

Our logo represents unified cooperation, networking, and sustainable social welfare development without borders. It brings together social work professionals, academics, and policymakers from countries across Asia and Europe.

Many countries. A shared beginning.

The flowers represent the national flowers of countries in Europe and Asia. The chamomile and hibiscus at the centre of the two hands represent Russia and Korea, the founding countries of the Eurasia Forum of Social Workers.

Success and accomplishment.

Gold expresses wealth, success, confidence, luxury, elegance, and accomplishment.

Strength in solidarity.

The hands embody the strength, camaraderie, and aspirations of social workers across Eurasia — Europe and Asia — in developing social services and social work practices.

Honour. Growth. Opportunity.

The laurel leaves stand for honour. Extending beyond the inner border of the circle, they signify vibrancy, growth, friendship, renewal, and opportunity among the forum’s members.

Built through shared work.

Follow the milestones that have shaped the Eurasia Forum for Social Workers, from its early conversations to the regional network it is today.
